Returns and Refunds

We have a 30 day returns policy. Simply put, return your purchase to us in its original, sealed, new condition for a full refund. There are some exclusions to this (for example, tinted paint) which are detailed below. Products can be returned, at the buyers expense, back to us at our Poole shop for a full refund. Please get in touch with us through the 'contact us' page on our website, email, or call us on 01202 096833 to start the refund process.

Eligable Items

All products purchased online can be returned as long as they are in their original, new, sealed condition and have not been used. Some clearance items (these will be clearly marked), and custom items such as tinted paint are ineligable for a refund as these have been mixed specifically for you. This is in line with your statuatory rights. Custom items which are faulty are eligable for a refund. Coastline Decorators Centre Ltd reserve the right to thoroughly inspect all items returned as such to verify the fault before issuing a refund.

Shipping costs are ineligable for refund unless the product is proven faulty.
